The App is provided as a utility for capturing and watermarking photos and videos locally on your device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User-Generated Content Restrictions

While the App processes data locally and we do not host your content, you are solely responsible for any content you create, capture, or share using the App. You agree NOT to use the App to create, facilitate, or promote:

• Content that is illegal, including the abuse or exploitation of children or the sale of illegal substances.
• Hate speech or content that threatens, promotes, or incites violence against individuals or groups based on immutable characteristics.
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Pornography, prostitution, or other sexually explicit content.
• Content designed to mislead others, including deepfakes or content that falsely claims affiliation with a third party.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
